We offer five days or shorter workdays week policy whereby our security staff will be encouraged to perform well, as well as being committed, vigilant and diligent when on duty.
Performance bonuses & yearly increments
Key Performance Indicator (KPI), approved by the Union will be used to appraise the performance of the Security Officers monthly. Performance Bonuses will be given to the Security Officer(s) at the end of the year upon achieving satisfactory appraisal levels.
